Our lovely little Bolthole at sunrise

Cosy and comfy living space with a very comfortable table king size sofa bed

Looking out on to Dartmoor in the distance from the sofa!

All our beds are very comfy, you’ll find a calm and relaxing bedroom with a king size bed and luxury Emma mattress

We provide bath towels which is one less thing for you to pack!

We would LOVE to welcome you!

Sit and relax outside in comfort. We’re in a Protected Dark Sky area so at night the stars are unbelievable

A lovely little spot about 3 minutes along the Ruby Way, accessed directly from a little gate down by the lake

The fishing lake, well stocked and about an acre in size

The fishing lake is private and available only to guests on the state, totally free of charge.

Our newly refurbished pool building. The pool is available daily from 9am until 9pm

The water is set to a very comfortable 28-29 degrees

There are changing rooms with showers for your convenience
